Eggs and bread are my “safe foods” and I digest them well so my GES always come back saying I’m less symptomatic than I am. Keep advocating. There are doctors who understand the nuances of these tests. You deserve access to safe, reliable, and comfortable nutrition.

What do they give you if you’re allergic to eggs?? we’ve gone back-and-forth on the gastroparesis train for a little while now and the eggs have been my biggest problem with doing any major diagnostics

They messed up my ges and did wrong tracer to egg ratio so they had me eat more after the ten minutes so I’d have more tracer so technically my first scan was not in the time it supposed to be. Also I’m celiac and I brought my own gf bread.

they did my motilities testing while I am completely full liquid diet and yeah it came back as mild. I often wondered what it would look like if I could have actually eaten the whole meal and not just the nasty eggs

And, if you vomit at any point after eating them you have to do it all over again. So, choke it back for four hours and hope for the best.
