I think your point is fair. No single neighborhood can represent an entire country. Just as Manhattan doesn’t represent all of the U.S., the wealthy parts of northern Tehran don’t represent all of Iran. Every country has both affluent and less privileged areas, and it’s important to look at the bigger picture rather than judging a whole nation by one district.
