1000% bring it and make it as conspicuous, loud, and make it appear as difficult to work with as possible in that environment. Worst case scenario they'll give you those accommodations, best case scenario involves a lawyer after they royally screw up.

Say you'll go in but you need a private space to work to maintain cross infection control for your iv and added rest time and taxis there an back. An if that doesn't work get a squeaky wheel for your stand an drag it everywhere.....an get legal representation.

I had fluids running in the office once before I went out on leave. My manager walked in and was like "wtf?!" she thought I was faking it till she saw the bag hanging from a coat hook and the IV plugged into my hand covered in a weird mesh glove the nice in home nurse brought me. I was a weird gray color that was kind of scary looking. Anything to pinch a penny or prove a point though...
