@misseearlyyears: I’m going to miss setting up a classroom this year so I’m giving you guys all the inspo!!! This is how I set up my EYFS classroom last year. If you are setting up for the first time by advice would be… 🤍 Strip your room back. Keep resources purposeful and build over time 🤍 Don’t overthink areas! Your classroom will naturally evolve over time and you will adapt things based on your children’s needs and interests 🤍 Try and organise and tidy as much as possible - this will help the children to visually see where things ‘live’. A clutter free environment also helps make the space feel calm (for both children and adults!) 🤍 Don’t compare your classroom - always take inspiration from others but remember it’s a process and creating a space you feel happy with doesn’t happen overnight ❤️ 🤍 You don’t need ‘areas’ or ‘zones’ for everything - be creative with your space and how you enhance your tables Just enjoy the excitement of setting up a classroom - you do you! ❤️ All printables available on my website ➡️ subscribe to get access to everything & help you with your classroom set up! #eyfs #eyfsteacher #fyp #kindergarten #earlyyears
