I’ve summer vacationed in Muskoka for 10 years straight. It’s nothing but a bug infested zone of Ontario. Do you enjoy horsefly season? In addition to having super cold, dark black water in the lakes to swim in. Not appealing at all. Go to Florida’s Siesta Key beach on the Gulf side. You will be blown away at how beautiful this area is. By real estate in Florida is my vote!
