Pop both into AI and ask for an analysis and it will tell you Perfect Aminos is superior but they are similar. Don't just take my word for it, do your own analysis.

I’ve tried both. Bought the Triquetra brand 2nd. Then purchased Perfect Aminos a 2nd time. I will say when I take the Perfect Aminos I notice a “wake up” brain alert feeling that I don’t get with the Triquetra brand. My son mention it could be because my body was getting used to the aminos so after half a bottle of the Triquetra brand I took Perfect Aminos again and there it was. I don’t know why, I just know I feel better and more alert with Perfect Aminos.

I want to know this: if your goal is 100gm of protein a day, how many of these pills would be somewhat equivalent? I know it’s not fully replacing protein. I just want to know a basic kind of equation.

I have taken 2 bottles now of perfect amino and been feeling good and notice muscle building! I’m 62 so this is great but it is more expensive so I’m trying this one and hoping it works just as well! Time will tell 🙏

Agreed, I have taken both, the blue bottle guys are good, but didn't notice a difference for like 3 or 4 days. Love the Triquetra Instant Aminos and Creatine capsules. Noticed a difference same day. More Energy more focus and helps break down the food i eat. Highly recommend them.. Also helps me keep up with my 3 yr old

I definitely can feel full faster and leveled off with the protein in perfect among however I feel like I’m not getting all the amino I want so I also bought instant amino. I’m doing one every other day.

honestly they're not the same thing they're amino acids but the instant aminos is based mostly on immediate absorption which is fine if that's what you're looking for the others are got building properties as in it helps your body build muscle
