No offense, but as a revert, seeing her content makes me question a lot of things. For the sake of my peace of mind and serenity, I usually scroll past whenever one of her videos comes up because I don't want to expose myself to ideas about Islam that I find confusing or negative…luckily see you correcting her makes me feel better

She’s clearly struggling with her faith and has gone through some things but people in the her comments have no mercy or tolerance and think spamming kafir and munafiq or commenting on her looks is somehow helping the situation. Thats why I love people who actually use knowledge to correct her kindly and then move forward. You’ve tried to correct her with real knowledge and not sheikh ChatGPT and let her decide. I believe in Hadiths but I do find the eyebrow thing very very odd and almost unbelievable…some women have super bushy eyebrows and it can look bad, I struggle to understand how that is classified as a big sin when it does not significantly change gods creation nor does it cause harm to anyone nor does it feel like an “evil” or disbelieving act in any sense…

I mean i get it, but Allah swt did not promise us to preserve the seerah of the prophet or the ahadith. We do not have that surety that we have of the Qur’an. I absolutely understand that the prophet’s command are to be followed alongside the Qur’an but what proof do we have that the Ahadith transmitted are 100% true, because for centuries men have been transmitting them in a patriarchal society, which misogynistic lens, what proof do we have that these men didnt prove a dhaif hadith sahih, because it benefited men? And maybe because of that many women suffer. Because for centuries men’s Misogynistic interpretation have made Islam very hard on women. And i have many proof for that. Just saying, how do we get proof that the Hadith were not altered to favour men, because Allah did not infact promise us to preserve the hadith. And obviously human error occurs, isn’t this the reason why we don’t believe in the modern Bible scriptures. This is legit my confusion and i bet this is of most women who analyze the Qur’an and the Ahadith from their perspective. Because Perspective matters alot.

The Quran sounds reasonable. The Hadiths in their totality seem unreasonable. Any issue me or anyone has ever had with Islam comes from the Hadiths. Sin for plucking eyebrows?! Yet in the same breath we say Allah is merciful and gracious?
