Bikin minuman probiotok dgn memanfaatkan buah & kulit nanas.. Jadi slain kombucha, ak bkn probiotik lain unt keluarga. Kombucha soalnya ga sll tersedia, kdg malas jg bikinnya 🫢🫢 Slain kombucha, ak suka bgt dgn tepache (fermentasi minuman dr kulit nanas), rasanya sdkt mirip bir and ada aroma nanas bercampur kayu manis gt.. dikasih es batu enak bgt.. tp kl anak ak lbh suka kombucha yang asam bersoda. Slain itu ada fermentasi buah nanas dan madu. Ak ga pakai takaran ya, jd ak cuma ksh potongan nanas di wadah kaca yg sdh direndam air panas lalu dikeringkan dgn diangin2kan. Setelah itu tgl tuang madu smp nanas terendam saja n diamkan slm 3 hr di tempat yg ga kena sinar matahari. Dicek aja apakah soda sdh banyak, kl soda berlebih, bisa buka tutup botolnya sebentar, lalu ditutup kembali. kl di aku sih ga perlu smp buka tutup toples berulang ya. Sodanya ga sebanyak tepache. Fermentasi biasanya disesuikan dgn suhu ruangan. Kl suhu ruangan panas, fermentasi akan lbh cepat berlangsung. Fermentasi nanas madu bs disimpan di chiller. Cara saji, biasanya ak ambil 2-3 sdm nanas madu, campurkan dgn air secukupnya dan bs lgsg diminum dan nanasnya jg bs dimakan. Rasa nanas bercampur madu jd makin manis, kenyal. Unt tepache dr kulit nanas biasanya sih 2 hr smp 3 hr sdh bs dipanen. Pastikan kulit nanas terendam sempurna ya, bs ksh pemberat biar aman (plastik bening yg diisi air bersih). Tanda fermentasi berhasil, ada gelembung / busa dan aromanya segar, aroma nanas kerasa banget, bukan bau busuk. Rasanya ada asam, bersoda, rasa nanas, ada manis, ada rasa mirip bir juga kl mnrt aku ya.. dikasih es batu, deuh segernya.. ak suka bgt deh !!
