My FET is Friday and I’ve done two days of PIO so far and it is SOOOO much easier than I worked it up to be in my head😅 Like don’t even feel the needle. Now the soreness, that’s another story..

I did most of my PIO shots by myself and was sooo nervous BUT it’s really not that bad. Get a theragun (they have knock off ones on amazon) and massage for a few minutes right after and it helps sooo much with the knots. You got this!!

Warm the PIO shot up with a heating pad. Makes a world of difference!

I had them do that too because I had to do my shots myself too for awhile, my PIO got to much for me to do myself so I begged my husband to do it. He came through and helped me out.

Lay down on your bed and cross your hip over and do it. It doesn’t hurt as much if you take the weight off that leg. Put an ice pack on before doing it. You got this!! ❤️
