im turning 35 next month .... my ob said everything is "normal" ..... my period is so heavy I have low iron and ferritin... psoriasis since i was young.... cramping all the time... headaches... and high ALT.... I started taking milk thistle... bpc157 and and berberine...im also trying chinese herbal supplements like doing qaui and Dim.... im desperate. trying everything. 🥺 hopefully doing something right.

I quit drinking at 38. I am almost 47. And doing pretty good with all of the symptoms I switched for a lot of herbal teas and I swear doing that regimen rather than alcohol really helps with your liver processing.

I’m 47 , and I have been for a full and complete blood tests and alls was clear and I’m no more on iron and vitamin D supplements anymore since I was deficient and now no more .. so I’m struggling with hair thinning/loss and bone and joints aching.. still have periods though.. but what do I take for perimenopause ..
