or maybe i’m just really late to the game idk you’ll need: - 1 banana - 1tbsp honey (to coat) - 2tbsp desiccated coconut  - 1tbsp butter (for the granola): - a handful of mixed nuts - 1/3 cup rolled oats - 2tbsp honey / maple syrup (to serve): - any yogurt you like! - crunchy peanut butter method: 1. begin by peeling and slicing the banana lengthways. 2. drizzle the honey over the banana (face up) and carefully brush the honey so the banana faces are evenly coated. 3. sprinkle over the dessicated coconut and ensure the banana faces are generously coated (some will fall off when you fry!). 4. melt the butter in a pan on a medium heat and place the bananas face down onto the pan. 5. leave to fry for a few minutes or until golden brown. 6. carefully flip over (don’t worry if they break, mine did!) and cook for another couple of minutes. 7. remove from the pan. 8. roughly chop the nuts on the same chopping board you used for the banana (to make sure we reserve the coconut!). 9. in the same frying pan, add in the oats, nuts and remaining honey. 10. mix until the oats are evenly coated. 11. keep mixing on a medium to low heat until the granola becomes golden brown. 12. gather into a compact, flat layer on one corner of the pan and remove the pan from the heat. allow to cool for at least 5-10 minutes. 13. in a bowl, place your yogurt of choice and carefully place the coconut banana wherever you like. 14. once the granola has cooled and hardened, break up into clusters using a wooden spoon. 15. spoon over the granola into your bowl. 16. finish with a generous dollop of peanut butter and an extra drizzle of honey if you like! enjoy xxx🍌 i saw @fitpots do this on IG and i was OBSESSED🥺 #yogurtbowl #yogurt #banana #breakfast
