Instead, I hope it’s a chance for you to reframe how to move forward. I want to show you that the future can actually be even better. You can take care of yourself and love yourself MORE. Movement has always been my way of showing myself love. And in this season it’s been incredibly powerful. Yes I’m noticing changes in my body as I work on building my strength and mobility. But the internal shifts that happen are where the magic is. I see so much strength and beauty in myself now.
