The end of your video is purely anecdotal. College by any means isn’t the end all, be all, or only way to be successful. but there’s countless studies and data showing college graduates majorly out earn those who didn’t go.

I think the best part about actually going away to college is teaching 18 year olds how to be independent, manage multiple things at a time, and the biggest is maybe social fluidity

It taught me how to learn if that makes sense. Especially higher level math classes taught me how sit down with a problem, absorb it, and then attempt to solve it.

I got 3 degrees and have used all 3 my entire career (graduated 13 years ago). I tell folks all the time, GO if you can! Especially if you have no other direction for your life.

On my freshman year, my professor from SLS ( a class on how to succeed on college) would always tell us “if you want to get rich you better be a doctor, a lawyer a GOOD one, or drop out right now”and that stood up to me till this dayy, ultimately i think everyone should at least give a shot to higher education but in America is just hard cause is a business
