Tough question. I have small kids and a farm so I dont want him thinking my land is necessarily a safe place. We also have 6 dogs so I doubt this would happen. I am in East TN though. Id leave him be. But probably call fish and wildlife to advise them and see about relocating him.

Makes me sad for all the animals.🥺 my dog was the same. Snuggled him until they were over. At least with a dog I could have background noise in the room to help drown out some of the booms. Poor bear 😢
