This man felt pushed to the end by the first decision to award child upkeep through his salary cut. This is a mess that the judicial has to watch out. Anger management isn't for the weak! failure to keep isn't only a loss to the culprit but to the nation at large. it's high time to have contractual marriages with well put laws and regulations. the matters of life and death should be done and dusted.
