am I the only one who wants my parents on both sides extensively involved with my children. I want people coming to my house to meet my baby. helping me that first week they're home. my parents raised me and I think they did a great job, I want them to be involved in raising my children and I want my children to know and love my parents

after we switched to bottle feeding and our daughter didn't need to be with me 24/7 her grandparents took her any chance they got. one time I was having a horrible day and I had talked with her grandmother about it and not even 10 minutes later grandpa walked through the door and said "get me all her stuff, clothes, books, iPad and everything else. she's gonna spend a couple nights with grandma and grandpa." when I asked him to explain he said "sweetie you don't need to do anything you go shower and I'll bring some take out for you in a bit" he then yelled at my husband to bring him everything and within a few minutes he was out the door with my kid and she spent the weekend going nuts over at their house lol. let grandparents help (if they respect your parenting rules) it helps when you get time for just you.

my daughter is 7. both my parents have departed this earth. I split from my ex but his parents love my kid so much. I ship her off as soon as summer starts 😁. I love good grandparents. Kids are meant to have a village and it's the best feeling when they do.🥰
