I see both sides, especially BVI is a small country and work is limited. I don’t know about special treatment as no nationality receives such benefits. As work for persons who is coming out of high school and college is hard for them to find work because private sector is hiring outside so again I understand your grief and respect should and still be given despite a broken system

Love you guys 99%. Some of the best people I’ve worked with. There are some bad apples, but which culture doesn’t 🤷🏽♂️. Hope the folks in the Phil. association addresses some of those bad apples because they make the working environment hard for their coworkers locals and expats alike.

I agree with your statement and unfortunately there are a few among us that behave like this, but I dear to say this number is small in comparison. I find that the majority, like myself, truly value, appreciate and respect Philipinos who live and work here. I had one that worked with me, and left after serving her purpose, but we will be friends for life - very sweet individual.
