my mind was saying banoffee pie but tiramisu too so have both you’ll need: - 300g digestive biscuits - double espresso (or 2tsp instant coffee, dissolved) - 125g unsalted butter, melted - 400g condensed milk - 80g unsalted butter - 80g dark brown sugar - 2-3 bananas (depends how big they are) - 300ml double cream (heavy cream) - 100g greek yogurt - 2 pieces of dark chocolate to grate method: 1. begin by crushing the biscuits in a large bowl until you form a fine crumb. (you can also do this in a food processor!) 2. add in the coffee and butter and mix until throughly combined. 3. press the biscuit mix into the base of a round serving dish of your choice. (it needs to be deep enough though!) 4. pop in the freezer whilst you prepare the rest. 5. meanwhile, place the condensed milk, sugar and butter in a medium sized saucepan pan and place on a medium heat. 6. keep stirring whilst the butter and sugar melts and once melted, lower the heat and stir gently. once the caramel is bubbling, cook for another minute until thick and glossy and remove from the heat. 7. allow to cool for at least 10 minutes. meanwhile, you can prepare the banana by peeling and slicing into thin rounds. 8. remove the biscuit base from the freezer and pour over the caramel. level with a spoon. 9. layer the banana slices in a single layer all over the caramel until it is covered. 10. in a seperate bowl, whisk the cream and yogurt until you have a softly whipped cream (make sure to slightly underwhip as you will still be handling it). 11. spoon the cream all over the banana layer and flatten using a spatula (or just keep it as dollops, your choice!). 12. grate the dark chocolate all over and pop the dish into the fridge for a couple hours. 13. once ready to serve, spoon it out into generous pieces… enjoy xxx🤎 #dessert #sweettreat #banoffeepie #tiramisu #yogurt
