Dr Sandra Lee I’m sending you prayers and hopefully you will do physical therapy to help strengthen and stretch out your shoulders. I had bilateral frozen shoulder as well after I got done painting a room. It’s hard to sleep with that pain unless they’ve given you something so that you can sleep. I hope the doctors are helping you.

Oh, I’m so sorry. Mine was resolved with a single Cortizone shot. It wasn’t an instant miracle: it took a few weeks to fully relax back to normal, but it did work.

Menopause Relief Tips Michelle :
Bilateral frozen shoulder for 3 years. Steroids, PT, etc. Not until I became a Menopause Educator did I know this was due to Menopause. Crazy thing is I am a nurse and no one knew- DR. Therapy etc!
