I should preface this by saying that I don't think people should ever be truly jealous of anyone, but I do feel that some might be a bit envious of your lifestyle (or at least, how it appears). Due to all the things in your life you've been able to overcome, you're self-employed, live on what I assume is a really nice piece of land with a loving partner, and have a lot of supportive people in your corner. It's not true peace of course, because the war that is mental health is nigh unending, but health issues not withstanding, I think that's a place that tons of people would kill to be in. Hopefully I'm not being rude or anything, but I can sort of get where people's envy may be coming from.
