@emmeequestrian: RASPBERRY & LYCHEE JELLO SHOTS🏴󠁧󠁢󠁥󠁮󠁧󠁿 Full recipe below: Raspberry ingredients - 275g Hartley’s Raspberry Jelly (2 packets) 560ml Boiling Water 260ml Chilled Tequila 300ml Cold Water Lychee ingredients - 24g Gelatine Powder (2 packets) 240ml Boiling Water 200ml Chilled Tequila 700ml Lychee Juice Instructions - 1. Line a baking tray with baking paper and spray with a neutral oil to help with sticking. 2. Cut the raspberry jelly into squares and add the boiling water, mix until dissolved. 3. Add the cold water and tequila, mix again until combined, and pour into the baking tray. 4. Leave to set in the fridge for at least 6 hours. 5. Once set put aside and prepare the lychee layer. 6. Pour boiling water into a jug, add the gelatine powder and mix until dissolved. 7. Add the tequila and lychee juice, mix well, pour the mixture on top of the already set raspberry jelly into the baking tray. 8. Add edible glitter, leave the set in the fridge for at least 8 hours. 9. Once set, cut into even squares, serve and enjoy! #jelloshots #worldcup #jelloshotrecipe #fullrecipe #partyinspo
