She’s not lying! I make much better food than the Italians where I was at in Italy. I even commented to a gentleman that owns an Italian restaurant over here in New Jersey and he looked at me and he nodded, but he did say that you’re just not going to the right areas. You can’t be in the touristy areas because the food there is not made with love.

Italian Americans had the right idea when they tweaked all the recipes. Italy has bland food.
