Such a nice guy, I (a complete nobody) chatted with him for about 20 minutes in a bar one night among other things about his stuffed veal trotter escoffier, an awesomely complex dish. At the end he gave me his card with a note to the chef of one of his restaurants to prepare it for me because it had been off the menu for years. A real down to earth gentleman 👍

that's so funny 🤣🤣😅 I love how he said the sausages were too fatty for him so he decided to throw literally half the bottle of olive oil into the mix that is the most funniest cooking show I've ever seen he reminds me of the old top gear the 3 lads were absolutely hilarious they never fail to make me laugh or get excited.🤣🤣
