@ladewiglifts: here’s binge eating tips if you don’t feel like listening to me yap for 7 minutes lol: 1.) DON’T BUY IT: - you’ve binged it in the past? don’t buy it - if you bought it do you think you’d be tempted to binge it? don’t buy it - literally just don’t, if it’s not in the house you can’t binge it 2.) GET UP - go for a walk - move spots in the house - go workout - stop watching the show, get up and move around - get up and moving around will help get your attention off of binge eating 3.) JOURNAL ABOUT IT - write down why you think you were tempted to binge in that moment - are you stressed? did something happen at work? etc? - for me it is stress and procrastination so i’ll usually write about what it is i’m stressing about and try to accomplish something i’ve been procrastinating - just journal about how your feeling and why you think you’re feeling that way - try and find the root cause 4.) PRAY ABOUT IT - pray when your upset, embarrassed, frustrated, mad, etc just pray - God isn’t mad at you and he wants to hear from you - ask for strength to get through this, ask for him to take the tempation away, ask him to make you disgusted with the thought of binge eating - i know it’s hard but try and pray - and if you don’t believe in that i would still recommend talking out loud about it. talk to yourself outloud about how your frustrated or talk to a friend. getting those thoughts and feelings out will help I hope these helped a little bit and just know you’re not alone in this! #fypシ #bingeeatingrecoveryjourney #bingeeatingrecoverytip #relatable #growth
