@askmanavi: Receiving a Stamp 1G refusal with Form 3 is very different from receiving a standard refusal letter. At this stage, the Department is proposing to make a deportation order, and you are usually given 15 working days to respond. You generally have three options: • Leave Ireland voluntarily. • Consent to a deportation order. • Submit representations using Form 3 explaining why a deportation order should not be made. It’s important to understand that Form 3 is not an appeal against the Stamp 1G refusal. Instead, it allows the Minister to consider your overall circumstances before deciding whether to make a deportation order. If you receive Form 3, don’t ignore it.
