I just dealt with this. Never been accused of DV ever in my life never arrested no trouble ever. Two days after I hired an attorney she filed charges against me. I hired a defense attorney and choice to have a jury trial. The day before the trial the prosecutor completely dismissed everything. But the damage to my life my reputation was done. All to gain an upper hand in the divorce.

This happened to me just recently beating my case. But she made a critical error and admitting to a third-degree felony in the sworn statement. And boy is she gonna get it with Uno reverse.

I dealt with this and was prosecuted and sent to prison for 3 years just got it in may I tried to fight it for almost a year with a crappy lawyer all my rights were violated and I was standing on that until they told me they was gonna put me in prison for 20 years I was coerced into signing for 4 years by my own lawyer I wrote the judges the prosecutor news stations radio stations and was ignored

they should prosecute, it's false information to a peace officer, wasting state resources, and even purgery in the courtroom.. but the state has more of a financial incentive to see the guy as the criminal.. that's why it's better to just stay single 💯💯

That’s exactly what mine did she put a fake DVRO two days before the judge signed the final divorce, but I had not seen and talked to her for almost a year came out of nowhere and then I was told a woman can come and put a restraining order or a DVRO on a man up to five years after their relationship, that’s what the lawyer told me he goes you could be living in a different country and she can still put a restraining order on you for no reason no evidence no nothing luckily when I called her out on it and wanted to go to court. She backed off and said oh let’s just do six months and we’ll drop everything no charges filed. No nothing because she would’ve had to prove it and that’s bullshit.

On top of that, you better have strong proof that these allegations are false. Otherwise it’s a strict uphill battle for the man. Because even with good proof that these allegations are false you’re gonna spend tens of thousands of dollars in Attorney fees just to get back to 0 on custody standards.
