@crmnallyobsessed: “ALL HE WANTED TO DO WAS BREAK UP A FIGHT.” A family is lamenting the loss of a 16-year-old boy who was senselessly shot while trying to stop a fight. On July 4 in Cumberland County, Pennsylvania, Felipe Solis Rodriguez Jr. was attending a graduation and birthday party at a family member’s house. During the party, an argument broke out between neighbors, Daniel Cruz Sr. and Daniel Cruz Jr., and members of Felipe’s family. The argument was reportedly about trash in a nearby alley. Witnesses say Felipe came over to deescalate the situation and protect his family when Cruz Jr. allegedly shot him in the back, killing him. Authorities say Cruz Jr. is being charged as an adult with criminal homicide, among additional offenses. There’s also a possibility that Cruz Sr. could face charges as witnesses say he was the one who ordered his son to get the gun that killed Felipe. The Berks County District Attorney's Office said the investigation remains ongoing. Prosecutors have not announced whether the suspect's father will face charges. #TrueCrime #Pennsylvania
