I always used to think this guy was a total nob! Then I started to listen and watch him and I realised that he can be cold in his comedy because he’s actually a great fucking human being!

When I was a Starbucks manager, this is a lot like what I would say to baristas. “Did you see how unraveled that person became over a simple caramel macchiato? Imagine how awful that person’s life must be to test us like that because he/she doesn’t like the new method.” Don’t get me wrong, if someone was really out of line, they’d be banned with a quickness. But if someone was just a humdrum a-hole, I’d say, “I am so glad that we are all happier than that jerk!”
