ive got a Smash Hits from 1988, I think..I kept it, as 4 girls from my year, featured in it to have makeovers. hilarious looking back...caked in makeup, teased hair and lots of neon sporty wear. 😂 I remind one of the girls who Im friends with, periodically and we have a right laugh at it.😂😂

I went to a book festival event where John Taylor was talking about his autobiography. In the Q&A every question was from women I think aged 40 and above - one couldn’t even speak because she was so overcome, another openly said she couldn’t believe she was speaking to JOHN TAYLOR. I felt that 100s of long-standing crushes were in that room! The host did ask if there were any men who might have any questions for John 😂
