An 18 year old girl does not have the same maturity to make decisions as a 25 year old guy. The 18 year old just does not have the life experience so there is a power imbalance in this relationship. This leaves room for both physical and emotional abuse. I get it might also work out. However, any parent should have concerns and be watching very carefully, or they are just not good parents. This is not the same as a 25 year old girl with a 32 year old guy, they both have life experiences as an adult by then. An 18 year old girl is an adult with minimum experience, so should not be taken advantage of.
