I have the same one and I love it but it does get tangled and it loses hair as well but I am not sure how to detangle it without ruining the beautiful curls 😩

Mine that I bought does not look good. You can tell it’s fake and the part is ugliest thing ever. It looks like a wig from the Halloween store. I wish mine looked like yours.
