What of in a situation when the man and woman has sperated for over 3yrs and the woman has started living her life with her boyfriend…..but refuses to return the bride price….. and the man has been asking for his bride price since 3yrs and the family of the woman doesn’t want to return the bride’s price….but the man has to get married to another woman traditionally and in court registering after 3yrs of separating with the 1st woman…what is the fate of the 2nd woman the man got married to now?but der was not court registering with the 1st woman…only traditional marriage

well I would have opposed ur position if u had not said contracted a customary marriage and not informal ceremonial traditional marriage i.e a customary marriage that was not contracted is allowed under custom to marry more than one but cannot marry another person statutory except after divorcing the first

@Law Castle I have a land that I am currently developing but the only documents I have for the land is receipt, sales agreement and court judgement which the seller had with an individual and he won the case. what more documents do I need again please.
