@zoelafisio: The goal was never to master a step-down. It was about what the step-down gave me. A movement I could repeat. A position I could control. A little more confidence every week. The goal wasn’t to get better at one exercise. It was to rebuild trust in a position my knee had learned to protect. One successful repetition became another. Then another. Until that confidence started showing up everywhere. Walking downstairs. Running. Decelerating. Landing. The step-down was just the starting point. The real change happened because my body kept collecting evidence that this position was safe, capable, and useful. Your body believes what it repeatedly experiences. So don’t ask: “What’s the best exercise?” Ask: “What’s one movement I can keep succeeding with?” 👇 What movement are you trying to trust again? #kneepain #Running #kneerehab #kneeinjury #movement
