👩🏻🍳 How I Make Baked Salmon Sushi Cups (20 Minute Meal) 🍣 Servings: 8 | Calories: 125 w/o sauce | 155 w/sauce 📋Ingredients: Filling: 💟 0.5lbs Salmon (Diced) 💟 1/4 Tsp Onion Powder 💟 1/4 Tsp Garlic Powder 💟 0.5 Tsp Chili Oil 💟 1 Tbsp Kewpie Mayo 💟 1 Tbsp Soy Sauce 💟 1 Tbsp Sesame Oil 💟 1 Tsp Chili Flakes *Optional* 💟 1 Cup Sushi Rice 💟 1 Tbsp Rice Vinegar 💟 2 Seaweed Paper Garnish: 💟 Black Sesame Seeds 💟 Green Onions 💟 Bonito Flakes Dipping Sauce: 💟 Spicy Mayo 💟 Eel Sauce 📝Instructions: 1️⃣ Scoop 1 cup of sushi rice and mix 1tbsp rice vinegar while rice is still warm. Set aside and let cool. Dice salmon into bite size pieces. In a bowl combine salmon, onion powder, garlic powder, chili oil, kewpie mayo, soy sauce, sesame seeds and chili flakes. Mix well and set in fridge. 2️⃣ Cut seaweed paper into squares. (8 squares). 3️⃣ Scoop a spoon full of rice onto the seaweed paper and flatten the rice. Place into the muffin pan. Repeat. 4️⃣ Scoop salmon mixture on top of each. Bake on 400ºF for 10 minutes. While that’s baking make your sauces. 5️⃣ Remove from oven let cool and top it with green onions, black sesame seeds, spicy mayo, eel sauce and bonito flakes.
