![Full Recipe↓ Day 35/100 | OKONOMIYAKI 🛒 INGREDIENTS: - Unsmoked bacon: 2 slices - Shredded cabbage: 120g [Batter] - Plain Flour: 100g - Soy sauce: 1 1/2 tsp - Grated garlic: 1/2 clove - Water: 125ml - Egg: 1 [Sauce] - Ketchup: 2 tbsp - Sugar: 1/2 tbsp - Soy sauce: 2 tsp - Ground roasted sesame seeds: 1 tbsp [For garnish] - Mayonnaise 🧑🍳 METHOD: 1. Cut bacon into bite-sized pieces. 2. Mix flour, soy sauce, and water; fold in egg, grated garlic and cabbage. 3. Heat oil in a pan, sauté the bacon. 4. Spread batter on top of the bacon, and sear over medium heat, until the bacon is crispy. 5. Flip and cook until the batter is done. 6. Mix all the sauce ingredients. 7. Plate and add sauce and mayonnaise. ⛩️ TRADITIONAL OPTION: - Substitute the sauce with Okonomiyaki Sauce.
