Life is but a spiral staircase. Sometimes you pass the same window several times but from different perspectives. That window may be a traumatic event or a something important you’re bound to experience/ observe . The key is not to stay there but keep moving. It’s ok to revisit it, take it apart or put it back together but your trauma is a moment, not your whole life experience. Enjoy the journey 😊
