As someone born as a Catholic I can respect this because although I was born Catholic I was never truly versed on my religion and believed it bc my parents did. Now after growing older and leaving it and coming back I see it even more valid then I did before and it has boosted my faith 100x. However I have to disagree with your take on validity of religion because if my Jesus claims “I am the way the truth and the life no one comes to the father but through me” that means either I’m wrong and there’s no chance I’m right or my religion is right and there’s no way others are true. Now that doesn’t mean other religions validity I believe Muslims worship the same Gods as me as a believer in the 2nd Vatican council and the catechism of the Catholic Church. However I don’t believe any other religion is THE TRUTH, and that’s not just my religion claiming to be THE TRUTH Islam claims to be the one truth so not all religions can’t be true. God Bless 🙏✝️

i believe that having a personal relationship with God is more important than a specific religion. we don’t know what’s true or not and for me that’s stressful. having a connection with God instead of following a book that they change every couple year is more important to me❤️

I was born into Catholicism but I was never indoctrinated into it. My parents showed me their faith and never forced me to go to church. I decided to be catholic because I got interested in it when I was in high school.
