This is how such executions are accomplished. A court bailiff comes with a DPC. Carries out an eviction by removing all the property belongings and occupants out of the premises. After that, the bailiff writes an inventory, which is signed by DPC/ delegatee, LC1 c/person/delegatee, and the bailiff. After eviction, the property or premises are handed over to the applicant/ claimant by the bailiff. Then the bailiff’s work is done. Immediately after that, the applicant (now the new occupant of the premises), orders his organised people (kifeesi) to put the building down/ demolition. In summary, the eviction and deployment of security guards are done by the new occupant. All this is done in very few hours, less than 2hours. Why demolition? Eviction isn’t enough. People like Phiona en such RCC will bring the former occupants back to the house without following court procedures. Demolition means there’s no longer a shelter there. It’s just vacant place. This means, issues in court shall be handled or determined without any much hesitation.
