I hate this call regardless of the handball determination. Yamal is running in recklessly and deliberately to make contact. It’s not like he has possession and gets hacked. I know within the rules it’s correct, but I think it’s a flaw in the rules to give a PK to something that is not an obvious scoring chance like other circumstances.

I do think this should’ve been reviewed on the monitor. But the rules should be at some point addressed to stop players running in with no attempt to play to ball only to win the foul.
