Trump shut down the programs in place to warn people. I guess we just have to stay up to date with LIVE radar apps. Not sure why they haven’t declared a Super El Niño, we are in El Niño and the ocean temperatures are supposed to be something like 3 degrees hotter which is all bad. If you are in a national park he closed most of the ranger stations down that could help people. Glad you all are okay.
