Yea we went to kidzania for our daughters field trip and the long lines were ridiculous and then like she said nothing was really open I was really upset about it never again

used to work there it’s bc you went on a tuesday unfortunately. staff is like 10 ppl during the week which means only a handful of activities are running about every 30-45 minutes. did you complain to somebody while you were up there? they’d probably give you a refund or let you come back another day.

For the amount of money we spend to take kids there it’s shouldn’t matter what day of the week you go - be full staff or don’t open

yea I volunteered w my daughters field trip and most of the stores were closed, the workers said they only have everything open on weekends when its busier. Honestly if its the summer why wouldn't they treat it like the weekend, hello parents want to take the kids out all week. They are trash for not giving discounts at least

I think it’s really depends on the day of the week and what time you go because my daughter went with a birthday group and she still has her credit card in her wallet and wanna go back
