this is super helpful, bc it just gave me the idea to do “saturday morning cartoons” but in the languages i’m wanting to learn. i just watched a video abt returning to saturday morning cartoons as an adult (which i fully support lol) and one of my fav things is to watch music videos, artist interviews, lectures, and actual cartoons lol in the morning - so why not just do that with the languages im learning !! it sounds so fun - thank you so much

Any advices for Arabic? I know how to communicate properly in Lebanese dialect since I grew up there, but I mess up the grammar all the time. And I would like to be good at standard Arabic to use it in my academical and professional life. Except nobody talks standard Arabic and it's so difficult?! Should I just watch the news or something but I don't understand anything? I watch shows in Jordanian, Lebanese, Egyptian and I understand 60-70%... But anything in standard Arabic, maybe 30%... WHAT SHOULD I DOOOOO

unfortunately my uni classes require me to know EVERY SINGLE RULE IN THE GRAMMAR TEXTBOOK, which is completely useless for me since i have always learned languages organic ally (basically using the method you're talking about here) so it studying has become torture to me😀
