GunshipRiot :
Iwanna keep it short but I had a tribulation dream about a decade ago that is so vivid that I remember every detail to this day and it's the worst thing I've ever dreamt. What you said about the hive mind made me think of it. One point in my dream, I was in the back of some big military truck with 15 or 20 other people. We pulled up to this industrial building. Some young, bearded, good looking guy in a tailored suit came out and asked who all signed up for the program. Everyone but 3 people and myself didn't raise our hands. At this time I didn't know what was going on, barely who I even was. We all were led into the building, had white floors, white ceiling and the building was lined with these matrix looking VR chairs. Tailored suit man said will y'all follow me, the ones who didn't sign up for the program. In my outside dream mind, I was still unaware but I could tell 2 of the people weren't Christian, but they still didn't accept the program. As we were following him, I looked back to see people going to these chairs with a big smile of their faces, but the ones already in them looked grey and lifeless. Once we entered the next room, hit me like a ton of bricks for what this was. Middle of this clean white room sat a massive black metal table with a circular saw, then it hit me what this was about and I woke up. The death aspect of this dream was terrifying, and seeing people willingly jump at the chance to get hooked into these chairs gave me grief, like there was no awareness of the people around them who were dead. But what stuck with me the most was the people in this building looking normal and very professional, like they knew we were going to be slowly sawn in half and it didn't phase them one bit. It's one thing to have people who hate you and want you to die, vs people that it's so normal they don't even shutter from the brutality. That's what popped in my head when you said hive mind. Sorry for this being so lengthy but I wanted to share.
