@a_dishdelish: I wasn’t expecting one of my favourite hot pot experiences to be hiding next to Leicester Square… 🍲 From the outside, Nan Hotpot looks somewhat suspicious, but step through the entrance and you’re transported into one of the buzziest Chinese restaurants I’ve visited. I was kindly invited and took my brother for his first hot pot experience. It definitely didn’t disappoint. What we had * Trio of broths: Medium Spicy Beef Tallow, Chicken & Tripe, and Guizhou Sour Soup * Pork slices * Beef short rib slices * Pork meatballs * Vermicelli noodles * Ramen noodles * Spinach * Chinese leaf * Sauce bar * Lychee & Rose Bingsu The Guizhou sour soup completely surprised me, and the late-night atmosphere made the whole experience feel unlike any other hot pot I’ve had in London. The food and the atmosphere make this place special. Even at 11:30pm on a Wednesday it was busy, and it’s easy to see why. They’re also running summer deals at the moment if you’re planning a visit. There’s a lot of noise around Michael Saylor and Strategy right now, but before you form an opinion, KNOW THE NUMBERS. Strategy owns roughly 840,000 Bitcoin. And bankruptcy is an entirely different conversation that would require Bitcoin to fall significantly further and stay depressed long enough to put real pressure on the balance sheet. The point is that if you don’t understand the balance sheet, debt structure, cash flow, preferred stock, and actual liquidation risk, you’re making financial decisions based on headlines and emotion instead of DATA. And emotion will get you wrecked in markets. People lie. Headlines manipulate. Numbers tell the story. Learn the numbers. Understand the risk. Build your own conviction. Then make your decision.
