I tell all my trainees, 98% of your job is proving it's NOT your problem. The other 2% is actually troubleshooting real controls problems.

I love when they do this. If the situation allows for it, I will intentionally break the program and I’ll let them attempt fix it with my laptop. Sometimes I’ll even push it to let it get close back to prod time just to watch them fold like a lawn chair. 😂😂😂
