@palaciosophy: Trying L.A. Taco station for the first time in a little coastal Texas town I’ve never actually been to. I ordered the shredded chicken enchiladas suizas (I’ll have to try the tacos next time apparently) because I wanted something girthier (that’s right) than a taco. And the enchiladas delivered. The chicken was perfectly cooked and seasoned (shredded chicken is notorious for being dry and bland). The suiza sauce was on the mild side and quite refreshing. The rice and beans were nothing special themselves but great complements to the main course. If you go, say hi to the rooster and make sure to get some extra red sauce no matter what you order! #travellife #texmex #mexicanfood #foodreview
