@cookwithhali: Sandwich Bread (No-Knead, Bakery-Style) Ingredients * 1 tsp yeast * 258g water (about 1 cup + 1 tbsp) * 380g flour (about 3 cups) * 1 tsp salt * 46g softened butter (about 3 tbsp) Instructions 1. In a bowl, mix the yeast and water. Add the flour and mix until no dry flour remains. 2. Add the salt and softened butter. Stretch and fold (or coil fold) until the butter is fully incorporated and the dough is smooth. 3. Cover and let the dough rise for about 2 hours, or until doubled in size. 4. Transfer the dough to a lightly floured surface. Gently flatten it into a rectangle. Fold both sides toward the center, then roll it into a tight loaf. 5. Place the dough into a parchment-lined loaf pan. Gently flatten it with your hand so it fills the pan evenly. Cover and let rest for 20 minutes. 6. Brush the top with milk. 7. Bake at 375°F (190°C) for 25 minutes, or until golden brown. 8.
