On days when it's just too hot to take a walk, I hop in the pool and swim a little bit. I love my walks and try to walk 3-5 miles a day but sometimes it's just too hot. My pool's small, only 20 feet in diameter, but I can feel it after I've swam side to side a few times.

Have you tried aquafit? I think you’d love it !!! Just came out of the pool myself from doing it and go every morning for classes. You can purchase dumbbells and weighted noodles to help sculpt arms and legs !!! 💯 recommend 🫶 btw… you look great and congratulations on being cancer free🤗
