I use Calabrian chili’s in oil with mine, plus a can of crushed tomatoes. It makes a ton of sauce if you’re making a bigger portion for more people!

Vodka sauce is delicious! If you’re not much of a drinker like me and don’t want to buy a big bottle of vodka, look for the little airplane size bottles. Usually just enough for a recipe!
