Someone recently recommended Elta MD UV Recovery spf 50. I didn’t think it would be worth the price tag, but damn. I’ve tried probably 20 different mineral sunscreens; they ALL leave a white cast, and they ALL take 37 years to rub in. This is the first 100% mineral sunscreen I’ve ever tried with zero white cast and zero elbow grease required. It rubs in effortlessly and does not leave my face looking greasy.

I love EltaMD but my new favorite is the ISDIN Eryfotona Actinica. It contains photolyase and is supposed to help with sun damage. The finish is beautiful and absorbs well without a white cast.

I’ve tried so many mineral sunscreens. They all dry me out and cause under the skin bumps/pimples. Unbearable for me to wear. I have to reserve to chemical ones 😩
